Grout Electrical have been an integral part of the refurbishment program to this estate for several years. With the latest phase having just kicked off in 2025.

• Lateral Mains Replacement
• Grout electricals scope of works are the renewal of the lateral mains to each property and the upgrade of the mains distribution equipment, including the engagement of EDF for both surveys and disconnection of the existing supplies.
• The existing program is expected to extend into 2027.
