Grout Electrical & Property Maintenance Ltd have been undertaking the electrical planned and reactive maintenance for over 15 years.
- Awarded the repairs and maintenance contract in 2023 covering 1500 residential properties and spread over Severn estates and approximately 73 blocks.
- Currently working on residential smoke detection installations and electrical testing to all tenanted properties.
- Responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of the estate lighting.
- Manages the EICR’S and electrical remedial works to void properties.
- Nearing completion of the “Landlords” EICR major works contract. Completing all electrical testing and remedial works to the entire estate.
