Grout electrical were proud to be a part of the refurbishment to both the tenanted properties as well as the estate itself, works included.
- Design, install and ongoing maintenance of estate lighting, with the introduction of Thorlux Smartscan intelligent lighting system.
- Renewal of all electrical containment serving all electrical services to the blocks.
- Design and installation of emergency lighting to all loft spaces and serviceable areas.
- Full EICR’S to “Landlords” services and associated follow-on remedial works to achieve a satisfactory compliant certificate.
- Installation of temporary lighting and power to facilitate the ongoing site progression and welfare.
- Installation of powder coated containment to suit client requirements.
- Installation of “switchee” heating, ventilation and lifestyle monitoring equipment for the monitoring of damp and mould.
- Installation of domestic smoke detection in association with Aico, achieving a “LD2 ENHANCED” system to over 450 properties.
- Undertaking of domestic EICR’S to all tenanted properties (450 no), with the remedial works being completed in association to achieve a satisfactory status.
- Installation of ventilation to bathrooms and Kitchens to both tenanted and leasehold properties.
- K&B electrical upgrades and rewiring.
